Customer reviews

In their own words

Trustpilot

Absolutely chuffed with my new e-bike! It arrived sooner than I expected and it’s a brilliant ride. The service was top-notch from start to finish.

David Evans

Needed a proper waterproof jacket for my walks, and this one is spot on. Fits a treat and keeps the weather out. The staff were so helpful when I rang up about sizes.

Emily Watson

I’ve used this shop a few times now, and they never disappoint. Just got a new mountain bike for my lad, and he’s made up with it. Arrived in no time, all good.

John Smith

Ordered some cycling bits and bobs for the family. One item was out of stock, but they posted it on for free a week later. You can’t argue with that kind of service!

Margaret Jones

Been after a decent sleeping bag for ages and finally found it here. They’ve got a cracking selection of outdoor gear. Came quicker than I thought, too.

Robert Williams

This e-bike has transformed my commute! It’s a dream to ride and feels really well-made. The chap on the phone gave me some sound advice before I bought it.

Sarah Taylor

My old helmet was knackered, so I grabbed a new one and some gloves from here. Decent price and turned up when they said it would. All good.

Mark Brown

Did my homework on a new road bike, and this place had the best deal by a mile. Arrived safe and sound. Proper pleased.

James Davies

It’s a good jacket for the money, no doubt about that. Only thing is, it took the best part of two weeks to arrive, which was a bit annoying. Still, happy with the product itself.

George Walker

The e-bike is grand, runs like a charm. Service was fine, but I did have to wait a while for delivery. In the end, though, it was worth it.
