Large and heavy items

Not everything ships the same way. Each product has a despatch class, and that is what sets the delivery you see at checkout.

Class	What it covers
Letter	Gloves, hats, base layers
Standard	Jackets, sleeping bags, most camp gear
Bulky	Tents and large packs
Oversized	Bikes, on a specialist courier

Bikes arrive about 90% assembled: front wheel, bars, pedals and seatpost to fit. Allow longer than a parcel. We confirm a date by email.

Returns

You have a statutory right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After telling us that you want to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the item. Our separate 30-day goodwill policy covers any product within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Terms of Service.

Clothing and sizing

Size is the most common reason clothing comes back. Send us your measurements and we will help you check the size chart. Try it on indoors, over the layers you would actually wear. Keep tags and packaging while you check the fit. See our Terms of Service for return conditions; your statutory rights are not affected.

Bikes

You may assemble and briefly check a bicycle in the same way you would reasonably inspect it in a shop. If the bike has been used beyond that level of inspection, we may reduce the refund to reflect any genuine loss in value. This statutory cancellation right is separate from your rights if the bicycle is faulty or does not match its description. Check the frame size against your height before you order.

If something is faulty

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply. Tell us and we will repair, replace or refund, and we pay the return postage.
